Booking conditions

    • All bookings are only valid if confirmed in writing.

 

    • A booking is only binding if the mandatory deposit covering 30% of the price per apartment is transferred within 7 days of confirmation.

 

  • Arrival/departure: on the arrival day, the apartments will be available by 3.00 pm.
      
  • On the departure day, we kindly ask you to vacate the rooms by 9.30 am. In case of a late arrival, i.e. after 8.00 pm, we would appreciate you advising us of your arrival time by phone.
  • In the event of a cancellation, the initial 30% deposit will not be reimbursed. In the event of a late arrival or an early departure, you will be charged for the originally confirmed duration of your stay (exceptions may apply).
    • Payment: postal money order or bank transfer. We regret to inform you that we do not accept credit or debit cards.
